How does cavity wax spray work?
Anti-corrosion protection inside vehicle cavities
Its low viscosity helps the product spread into narrow gaps, seams and overlapping sheet-metal joints — areas where corrosion often develops out of sight.
Repels moisture
Its formula contains carefully selected anti-corrosion additives and active inhibitors that significantly slow down, stop, or neutralize corrosion processes on the protected surface, depending on its condition.
Forms a protective film
Leaves a durable and permanently flexible wax-based coating.
Easy to Apply
The ready-to-use 500 ml spray requires no UBS gun, compressor or additional spraying equipment.

Application
How to apply cavity wax spray?
Apply the product at a temperature between 10°C and 25°C. The application process requires only a few simple steps.
Shake the can
Shake the aerosol can for approximately one minute before use.
Insert the extension tube
Insert the supplied extension tube into an existing access hole. If required and permitted by the vehicle repair instructions, make a 6 mm access hole.
Spray inside the cavity
Apply the product into the enclosed section of the vehicle body.
Clear the valve
After use, turn the can upside down and spray until the valve is clear.

Is this cavity wax suitable for underbody protection?
No. Instead, Profile Protect Wax Spray is designed for enclosed vehicle cavities such as sills, doors, chassis rails and frame sections.
Can it be used on a new vehicle?
Yes. Automotive cavity wax can be used for preventive protection in new vehicles, as well as during body repairs and periodic maintenance.
Can the spray be used without professional workshop equipment?
The aerosol does not require a UBS spray gun or compressor. Therefore, it is also convenient for smaller garage applications.
At what temperature should the product be applied?
Apply Profile Protect Wax Spray at a temperature between 10°C and 25°C. The cured protective coating retains its properties at temperatures from −30°C to 80°C.
